Have You Recently SOLD Your Home??? (How long was it on the market?)?
We’ve been a FSBO since February, we plan to list our house (with a Realtor) before the end of the month. I AM SO TIRED OF IT ALL! The phone calls, the constant cleaning, the running around & the worrying. I just want to get into our NEW HOME (the one I hope is still available when we sell ours!) and live “Happily Ever After!” How long was YOUR house on the market? How close to your ORIGINAL ASKING PRICE did you get? *** Our neighbor, 2 doors down, sold their house in April (with a Realtor) in 2 Weeks! And … they got $200,000 over their asking price (it’s a $1.5 Million Home) ~ there was actually a bidding war! So I know MY AREA is still strong. ***
the Realtor will have better access to buyers and may be able to sell it quicker….ask for a CMA report it will give you an idea of how long it will take…
